Vic joined the 3HUB Clinical Leadership Team in 2025. She provides expert guidance and support to practicing case managers working with clients who have complex care and rehabilitation needs.
Vic qualified as an Occupational Therapist in 2002 and commenced her case management career in 2009. Over the past 17 years, Vic has predominantly worked with children and young people as a Case Manager, Clinical Lead, and OT Expert.
During this time Vic worked with clients pre and post settlement of personal injury and clinical negligence awards. She has extensive experience in the coordination of services and working with professionals.
She has been actively involved with BABICM since 2016 as a member of the Professional Practice and Membership Group, including serving a term as chair of this group. Vic has recently joined the Training and Education Group and continues to be a member of BABICM council. She is also a member of the IRCM certificate of proficiency group.
Vic’s supervision style is reflective, supportive and thought-provoking and this is well received. She draws upon her extensive case management experience to create a safe space for discussion, professional reflection and development. Her approach encourages supervisees to explore complex situations, build confidence in their decision-making and strengthen their professional practice, particularly within a changing case management landscape.
In her role as a BABICM lead advanced member assessor, she supports the advanced BABICM process and has presented BABICM webinars on this topic. She meets with case managers on an individual and small group basis, to help alleviate concerns about the advanced process.
